We offer FREE wine tastings during all regular business hours.
With this experience you will be able to taste up to four handcrafted wines out of a full list of over fifteen. We hope to share information about our carefully selected grape growing regions, signature wines, and provide a pleasurable visit.
We also offer Personalized Wine Tastings and Customized Private Events.
Personalized Wine Tastings are held at the Cellar on Penn located at 2031 Penn Avenue, right behind the winery, in the Historic Pittsburgh Strip District. Wine Tastings include a selection of 8 wines and a generous assortment of breads, cheese and fruit.
Your Tasting is $42 per person, paid ahead of time for all attendees. This covers a selection of 8 wines, bread and cheeses, and gratuity for your server. For those not imbibing, we can offer mocktails or soft drinks as an alternative.
Your wine tasting will take approximately 90-120 minutes. Popular Wine Tastings include date night, bachelorette parties, and birthday parties!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate outside food, beverages, or decorations.
Customized Private Events have included birthdays, retirements, girls night out, corporate parties and charity events. Our facility can comfortably seat 80 people, so we can accommodate groups large and small. Please contact us as with any questions at 412 562 9463
With Customized Private Events, we close the Cellar to the public and the entire facility is yours. We enjoy helping to customize events but regret that we cannot accommodate outside drinks. Fees vary according to the day of the week with weeknight facility rentals starting at $600.
